Real Madrid secured a 1-0 win at home to Espanyol on Saturday night but Thibaut Courtois’ kicking has come into question.
However, Julen Lopetegui has claimed that there’s nothing wrong with that aspect of his goalkeeper’s game.
7:30pm – Bernabeu upgrades to go ahead
Real Madrid’s plan to upgrade the Santiago Bernabeu has been given the green light.
The development would take until 2022 and cost €525 million euros.
2pm – Perez in glowing tribute to Ronaldo
Florentino Perez has told Real Madrid members that Cristiano Ronaldo‘s home will always be at the Bernabeu and the Portuguese star is comparable to all-time great Alfredo Di Stefano.
